Consultations appointments are available for Thursdays, July 29 and August 26, 9:00 – 11:00am.

Saturday, May 8, 2010 9:30 am - 2:00 pm Boston Public Library Retirement Financial Planning Day: Spring into Action! is coming to the Boston Public Library, 700 Boylston Street, Boston, on Saturday, May 8, 9:30am – 2:00pm. This BPL program, cosponsored by the Financial Planning Association of MA and Discovering What’s Next®, is a great opportunity for you to learn more about your retirement finances and get answers to your questions. The day will start with a session on Asset Allocation Strategies presented by certified financial planner, Dave Caruso. Breakout sessions will follow with certified financial planners and a representative from the Social Security Administration. Attendees will also be able to schedule brief, one-on-one sessions with a financial expert. These “money mentoring” sessions will allow people to get their most pressing retirement questions answered by volunteer professionals from the Financial Planning Association of Massachusetts. The May 8 event will provide objective, non-commercial information about retirement and investments so that individuals can make informed choices and learn to better manage their retirement finances.
